TERMS & CONDITIONS

APPOINTMENT:

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to get settled into our studio. We recommend you to show up to your appointment wearing no makeup. However, we provide a makeup wipe so you can remove makeup prior to the session. 

 

Please refrain from wearing perfume or colognes to help maintain our drapes free of allergens. 
Please allow 4 weeks from your last tanning, micro blading, or other permanent/semi-permanent color cosmetics session to ensure they do not affect the result of your analysis. 
Please wear a simple tank top or t-shirt with no collar or high-necks. 

SAFETY:
Our studio is located on the fourth floor in an elevator building.

For the nature of our service, you will be required to remove your face mask. Our consultants may not wear face masks during the session but if you feel uncomfortable, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

We operate by appointments only at our private studio. We ask that only the parties receiving color analysis be present. Please let us know if you will be bringing someone.

RESCHEDULE:
We understand that life happens, and plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate with the following guidelines:

  • 72+ hours in advance: No fee – we’ll gladly find a new time for you!

  • 24-72 hours in advance: A $50 rescheduling fee per person applies.

  • 12-24 hours in advance: A $100 rescheduling fee per person applies.

  • Within 12 hours of your appointment: We’re unable to reschedule, and the full service fee will apply.

We offer one complimentary reschedule per appointment. After that, any additional reschedule requests will have a $50 fee.

Each appointment is specially reserved with a dedicated consultant who sets aside time and prepares for your session. Last-minute changes result in lost work for our consultants and make it difficult to accommodate other clients.

 

NO SHOW:

If you do not show up to your appointment, or reach out to us within 12 hours before your session time, or late by more than 20 minutes, you will be considered NO SHOW and charged the full price of the booked service. 

We politely ask you to be mindful of our consultants' time and let us know as soon as you can :) We can be best reached via email at info@seklabnyc.com or via text during business hours at 332-999-4179.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. However, the session can be rescheduled for a future date or transferred to a friend.
